The following Terms and Conditions set out how you may use the Cybersiara™ products and the terms of service offered by MRB Corporation Limited.
By using the Cybersiara™ services and Our site you are confirming that you accept these terms and conditions, the incorporated policies and that you agree to abide by them.

1.1 Cybersiara™ is a trading name and SiaraShield™ is a product of MRB Corporation Ltd.
1.2 Wherever used, ‘We’ or ‘Us’ shall mean MRB Corporation Ltd. and ‘You’, ‘the User’ or ‘the Customer’ shall mean the SiaraShield™ end-user or customer.

1.4 SiaraShield™ is not an antivirus product and offers no protection of this nature. Used correctly, SiaraShield™ provides protection for your website against online automated computer robots also known as bots.
1.5 SiaraShield™ provides no guarantee that no virus or harmful information can access your server or website.
1.6 SiaraShield™ is intended to protect your website but cannot guarantee to protect fully against all kind of attacks which may include bot attacks, Artificial Intelligence Attacks or Optical Character Recognition attacks.
1.7 SiaraShield™ has been thoroughly tested and validated under independent laboratory conditions. All of the test results are available for information and academic/research purposes and are relative to the tests conducted. The tests do not offer any assurance of 100% accuracy under any future identical scenarios conducted.
1.8 No personal information is stored on our email server with the exception of any customer enquiries and customer email addresses.
MRB Corporation Ltd. reserves the right to change these terms at any time without giving any prior notice, by posting changes online. Existing customers will be notified of any changes we make but it remains the responsibility of customers to regularly review these terms and conditions for amendments. By using the www.cybersiara.com or www.mycybersiara.com you are agreeing with the terms and conditions in place at that point in time. Please review these terms regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes made by MRB Corporation Ltd. Your continued use of www.cybersiara.com or www.mycybersiara.com after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by any additional, updated or amended terms within this agreement.
To use the Cybersiara™ Service, the User is required to create a user account on
SiaraShield™ website at www.cybersiara.com or www.mycybersiara.com. Upon creating a user account, a profile shall be generated which will require the User to supply basic information. This information shall be protected as defined in this agreement and shall not be shared with any third-party organisations. Amendments may be added to the profile by accessing your profile at a later point in time.
In order to create an account, the User is required to create a 6-digit user ID number and a valid email address. These details shall be cross referenced against Cybersiara™ internal database to ensure there are no duplicate accounts.
you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all usernames and passwords created by or assigned to you (“Credentials”) and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under such Credentials. You agree to notify MRB Corporation Ltd promptly of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of any Credentials. MRB Corporation Ltd reserves the right to terminate any Credentials that MRB corporation reasonably determines may have been accessed or used by an unauthorized third party and will provide immediate notice of such to Customer. For your added security, we strongly encourage you to enable two-factor authentication in conjunction with all Credentials.
You may only use the services of Cybersiara™ as laid out within this agreement and for the intended purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use www.cybersiara.com or www.mycybersiara.com content in any way except for your own personal and non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create any derivative work from any www.cybersiara.com or www.mycybersiara.com. content except for your own personal and non-commercial use. Any other use of www.cybersiara.com or www.mycybersiara.com content requires the prior written permission of MRB Corporation Ltd. Any deviation from the intended terms and conditions is a breach of use and should be discontinued immediately. Whilst written permission is being obtained, all usage must comply with the terms and conditions in place at that point. You agree to use www.cybersiara.com or www.mycybersiara.com only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of www.cybersiara.com or www.mycybersiara.com. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of interaction within www.cybersiara.com or www.mycybersiara.com.
In order to provide the analytics of your site, SiaraShield™ uses tools and API to analyse and keep records of the end user or client’s location and other statistics. Information collected under this function includes but is not limited to IP address, location, operating system, types of web browser, and other analytical and statistical information. None of this information will be used to identify the end user nor to reveal any of their personal data. The analytical tools are provided to establish the nature of your clients or users and how they interact with your website in order for you to improve your services. These API tools can also help you to identify the location and nature of possible threats and bot attacks to your website.
We use third-party to collect information regarding end users IP address. The accuracy of the information provided is not guaranteed and can be false sometime.
We also use API to convert currency on www.mycybersiara.com. The rates of the currency may vary from your local currency exchange borough and will depend on the market. The currency exchange API shows you the prices in American Dollars and GBP. The exchange rate is visible and at no point claims to be the lowest possible exchange rate.
7.1 SiaraShield™ services are provided an online paid fee subscription basis, In order to use our online subscription and statistical tools you will need to install a SiaraShield™ widget on your website.
7.2 SiaraShield™ subscription packages vary according to the amount of “current” traffic and number of hits to your website.
7.3 We define a hit as a request from your website where the SiaraShield™ widget is installed on to our secure server to display one human verification on your website. Whether this request is coming from a legitimate human or a computer robot (known as bots) it is treated as one hit. If a new challenge or SiaraShield™ needs to be displayed on your website, another hit to your account will occur. This includes when the user or bot clicks the “refresh” button to get a new challenge or a new verification.
7. 4 Your current package is calculated based upon the total number of hits (human visitors plus bot attacks) to your website regardless of whether they pass the test or not.
7.5 The total number of hits to your site as well as all human user and computer bot attacks can be viewed and downloaded via the dashboard function on mycybersiara.com.
7.6 We will regularly monitor your usage and the number of the hits to your website to ensure you will always pay for what you use and are subscribed to the correct package for your needs.
7.7 Our system will check the total number of hits from month to month and will subscribe you to the package based upon your current total number of hits to the webpage where the SiaraShield™ widget is installed.
7.8 Each user can have multiple webpages (URL) and will need to create a SiaraShield™ widget for each webpage (URL). Each webpage (URL) will be treated individually and the subscription package will be based upon each distinct webpage (URL) and not per user.
7.9 You may not create two SiaraShield™ widgets for the same URL or web page.
7.10 You may not place the same SiaraShield™ widget onto two different URLs or webpages. Each SiaraShield™ widget shall be created with the intention of protecting only one URL or webpage.
7.11 If your current website’s traffic and usage changes, your subscription plan will be adjusted automatically for the upcoming subscription period.
7.12 If your current usage and total number of hits to your website increases, we will upgrade your subscription package to a higher tariff and subscription plan automatically from the next subscription period.
7.13 If your current usage or traffic decreases, your subscription plan will be downgraded automatically from the next subscription period.
7.14 As our subscriptions are worked based on a monthly payment method, your website traffic will be monitored throughout the month and will be automatically adjusted to the closest tariff from the next coming month or subscription period. If the traffic or usage of your website increases, we will change your tariff to the higher subscription package for the next coming month. However, if the traffic to your website decreases during the month, we will change your subscription to the lower package for the coming month, but you will not get a refund for the remainder of the current month or current subscription period.

8.1 Your subscription is set to “automatically” renew each calendar month until you deactivate your website on Cybersiara™ portal. Until you do not deactivate or delete your website from our panel, your plan will be automatically renewed on monthly bases.
8.2 It would be a user’s responsibility to make sure that automatic renewals are allowed in the country that they operated; we will inform you by email before automatically renewing your Services. Once we have informed you that the Services will be automatically renewed, we may automatically renew your Services and charge you according to the current usage and package price for the renewal term.
8.3 We will also remind you that we will bill your chosen payment method for the Services renewal, whether it was on file on the renewal date or provided later. We will also provide you with instructions on how you may cancel the Services. You must cancel the Services before the renewal date to avoid being billed for the renewal.
8.4 You can deactivate your plan at any point without any extra charges by going to mycybersiara.com. However, you are required to pay until end of that monthly period.
8.5 If you select to deactivate your site, you will not be charged from the next coming up month and your plan with all its features will be stop automatically after the expiry date.
8.6 Your renewal date will be the anniversary of the date you registered with Cybersiara.
8.7 If the payment due date falls upon a weekend or bank holiday, your payment will be taken on the following working day.
9.1 We may offer free or trial versions of the Cloud Services (“Free Services”) from time to time. With respect to each such Free Service, we will make each such Free Service available to you free of charge until the earlier of (a) the end of the free trial period (if applicable) for which you registered to use the Free Service; (b) the start date of your Subscription Term for the Paid Services version of such Free Service; or (c) termination of the Free Service by Cybersiara™ in our sole discretion.
9.2 We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with any Free Services.
9.1 After you accept to use Cybersiara, in the case of late payment or declined payment the SiaraShield™ widget will be removed from your website and all the security and statistical features will be removed and disabled from your website.
Cybersiara™ will provide you with an online billing statement using your online portal system at www.mycybersiara.com, where you can view and print your statement. This is the only billing statement that we provide. A VAT invoice may be available. If in any case, you find an error on your bill, please contact Cybersiara™ customer service team in 90 days. Any queries after this period, would reject by MRB Corporation Ltd and you release us from all liability and claims of loss resulting from such error caused by slight negligence; further in that case we won’t be required to correct the error.
11.1 www.cybersiara.com and www.mycybersiara.com content, including the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to MRB Corporation Ltd., its products and services (or to third party products and services), is provided "AS IS" and on an "IS AVAILABLE" basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law) to the extent permitted by law, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
11.2 Under no circumstances will MRB Corporation Ltd. be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses were foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise):
11.2.1 loss of data;
11.2.2 loss of revenue or anticipated profits;
11.2.3 loss of business;
11.2.4 loss of opportunity;
11.2.5 loss of goodwill or injury to reputation;
11.2.6 losses suffered by third parties; or
11.2.7 any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of cybersiara.comregardless of the form of action.
11.2 MRB Corporation Ltd. does not warranty that functions contained incybersiara.com and www.mycybersiara.com content will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that www.cybersiara.com and www.mycybersiara.com or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.
Should a user wish to cease using our services, they may delete their account manually via the user portal account or they may request that our support team deletes their account. By deleting the user account, all of the personal information associated with that user shall be blocked and held in a secure and isolated folder in our system for a certain period of time where it will then be wiped from our server permanently.
The user will no longer have access to their data and services after the account deletion.
All the security features as well as the statistics associated with Cybersiara™ will be removed from your site and you will no longer be able to use SiaraShield™ on your website with immediate effect. If you delete your account, any funds remaining on your account or any remaining subscription shall not be refunded to you and you will lose your subscription.
In which case that you are dissatisfied with our service, please raise a support ticket for the attention of our support team via your online portal and we will endeavour to address your concerns. Should this not resolve your query and you wish to complain formally, please put your complaint in writing and send to our address as provided in the contact details of our website.
Upon receipt of your written complaint, we will investigate the details of your complaint and endeavour to reach a resolution within 28 days. Please note that your payments and service are expected to continue during this period. Also, please consider that we may, in our sole discretion, provide a refund, discount, or credit (“Credits”) to you in a specific instance, however the provision of Credits in a specific instance does not entitle you to Credits in the future for similar instances or obligate us to provide additional Credits.
FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE. YOU WILL BE BILLED IN FULL FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION TERM IN WHICH YOU CANCEL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE UNUSED PORTION OF SUCH SUBSCRIPTION TERM. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the Paid Services through the end of your current Subscription Term.
14.1 Cybersiara™ is a trading name and a product of MRB Corporation Ltd.
14.2 The names, images and logos identifying MRB Corporation Ltd. or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trademarks of MRB Corporation Ltd. and/or third parties. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any license or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of MRB Corporation Ltd. or any other third party.
14.3 Under no circumstances may this product, it’s concept or any element of it be copied or used for any purpose other than those defined within this agreement.
These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
